Bridal Packages

Platinum Package

• Involved in all aspects of the planning process with the couple
• Prepare and update the wedding budget
• Provide and liaison with all vendors and suppliers, maximum 1 visit per supplier/vendor
• Review contracts and work in the clients best interest
• Provide a time-line agenda for the Wedding Day
• Provide ongoing etiquette advice
• Create a schedule for vendor payments
• 6-1 hour consultations
• Unlimited eMails or Phonecalls
• Plan and Execute Wedding Décor & Design
• Check lodging information and rates for out of town guests
• Assist with the selection of the menu
• Assist bride in choosing bridal accessories, gown etc…
• Assist in gift registry, bombonniere, bridal gifts
• Assist in invitations selection and wedding stationary
• Coordinate delivery of rental items
• Assist in writing ceremony program
• Provide itinerary for Wedding Day for all those involved
• Plan and execute rehearsal dinner or luncheon

Gold Package

• Prepare and update Wedding Budget

• Maximum of 3 – 1 hour consultations
• Provide itinerary for wedding day for all those involved

• Assist in selection of Menu
• Assist in the planning of the Wedding Rehearsal dinner or luncheon
• 1 – 4hour shopping day

Silver Package

• Provide detailed information on vendors and suppliers
• Review Contracts with clients and work in their best interest
• Maximum of 2 – 1 hour consultations
• Unlimited eMails and phonecalls
• Prepare and update Wedding budget
• Provide ongoing etiquette advice
• Assist in Wedding Décor and Design

Additional Services

Wedding Day Event Planner
We are available for hire just for the day. We can assist for a few hours or for the whole day to make sure that your wedding goes exactly as planned. Don’t worry let us take the worry away from you so that you and your loved ones can enjoy the day.

Décor Board
With information gathered from a consultation we will provide you with a Décor Board filled with ideas envisioned by you and executed by us and prepared especially for the both of you. This will help with the execution of a perfect Wedding Day. Included in the Décor Board is a list of Vendors/Suppliers that we recommend to put your dreams into reality.

Hourly consultations
These hourly consultations are great for the brave at heart who wish to go it alone, but may still need guidance with budgeting, guidelines, etiquette, menu suggestions, décor & design ideas, and vendor/supplier recommendations.
